Client feedback

"I've worked with Brad for many years, and he is one of my most-valued, go-to resources.  He has everything I'm looking for in outside counsel:  experience; intellect; domain knowledge; practicality and business-oriented judgment; responsiveness; and cost-effectiveness.  Most recently he has handled licensing matters for a SaaS line of business that we acquired.  He saved us from hiring another in-house or contract attorney to handle the influx of new contracts, and we spent far less than we would have with a firm."  Invitae

“Brad has been very helpful in several legal endeavors that we recently have embarked on involving contracts, terms of service and privacy policies. We are fortunate to have met Brad as he brings many years of experience working with other technology companies. He is flexible in working with us via tools and services that our business uses and is very responsive to all communications. We plan to continue to work with him for many years to come." VeeroTech

"In just two months of working with Brad, we've been extremely pleased with how responsive and knowledgeable he is as our general counsel. He does a great job of looking out for smaller businesses. Also, thanks to the depth of his experience, he has a great network he can refer you to when there is an expertise he believes would be better served by another lawyer. We really trust Brad and are looking forward to a long relationship with him." Creative Market
